Is Silverthorne accredited?

Yes.  Silverthorne is accredited through the Department of Health and Human Services Program Support Services. Silverthorne routinely undergoes unannounced state inspection and reviews and have been found to be in compliance and deficiency-free for many years.

What are the hours of operation?

Silverthorne is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Is transportation available?

CareRide Transportation provides rides to many individuals to and from the Center. Please forward questions regarding transportation to them at 603-897-0556. The Greater Salem area is also fortunate to have CART available for transportation needs. Please call 603-434-3569

What is a typical day like at the Center? 

Food, Fun, Socializing, Exercising and Medical Monitoring are just some of  the activities a participants encounters during their time at the Center.

How are services paid for? 

Silverthorne accepts private payment as well as payment through the Veterans Administration, NH Medicaid program and many long term care insurance companies. Silverthorne will explore all funding options with you.
